Forum to explore post-Covid travel industry

The upcoming Open Innovations Forum hosted by Skolkovo Innovations Center, Russia will address issues such as how has the pandemic changed the digital priorities of the travel industry and innovations are on the horizon for the post-Covid world as well as how traveller expectations are evolving.

The current crisis has forced travel companies to re-evaluate their relationship with consumers whose habits and expectations continue to evolve due to the pandemic. Travel agencies, airlines and hotels strive to fulfil travellers’ needs by providing them brand new offers, services and technologies.

On October19, 2020 at 12:30 pm (CET) Frank Trampert, Sabre Hospitality Solutions’ International Managing Director & Chief Commercial Officer, will provide his perspective on these issues at the Open Innovations Forum 2020.

Together with Joseph Cheer (Center for Tourism Research, Wakayama University), Sigridur Dogg Gudmundsdottir (Visit Iceland)and Ekaterina Pronicheva (Moscow City Tourism Committee) Trampert will discuss emerging trends in travel and hospitality, changes in traveller behaviour and in-demand technologies.

The forum will highlight the new opportunities travel companies are exploring globally and the post-pandemic future of travel. During the live broadcast you will be able to ask questions via the live chat. The speakers will answer them during the session or will follow up later.
