NEW DELHI: Hyundai Motor Company on Tuesday unveiled its smallest EV yet. The unnamed project is based on the Hyundai 45 Concept.

The mini EV borrows its exterior features from the 45 Concept, which was first introduced at 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. The unnamed EV project borrows the signature ‘kinetic cube lamp’ along with the angular yet smooth profile from the 45 Concept.

The mini EV looks as sporty as its big cousin with the signature performance blue exterior with orange accents. Keeping up with the 45’s eco-friendly heritage, this EV is crafted entirely out of wood.

The unnamed mini EV is powered by two 24V DC motors that let it achieve a top speed of 7 kmph. Trying to offer a unique experience to kids, the EV boasts a single seat in the middle taking inspiration from motorsports.

Hyundai’s latest eco-friendly offering for the kids, will be revealed fully with all its details and specs soon.
