Oil Prices Rise
Baghdad / NINA /- Oil prices rose today, Tuesday, thanks to expectations of a withdrawal of crude stocks in the United States for the fifth week in a row.
Brent crude futures rose 22 cents, or 0.4%, to $ 55.88 a barrel and U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures gained 25 cents, or 0.5%, to $ 52.50 a barrel.
A preliminary Reuter's poll on Monday showed that US crude oil inventories are likely to decline for the fifth week in a row, while inventories of oil products were expected to be raised last week.
