Baghdad / NINA / -The President of the National Investment Commission, Suha Al-Najjar, met Counselor Mohamed Abdel-Wahab, CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in Egypt.

During the meeting, they reviewed Iraqi projects that require the expertise of Egyptian companies. They also discussed ways of joint cooperation to formulate partnership contracts between the public and private sectors, in a way that contributes to creating a business environment in Iraq.

Counselor Abdel-Wahab stressed the Egyptian Investment Authority's keenness to provide all means of support to the Iraqi Authority in terms of improving the investment climate, and announced the implementation of an intensive program to train a number of Iraqi cadres on the services provided by the Investment Authority.
