After its decline in the morning ... the prices of oil are rising again

Baghdad (NINA) - Global oil prices rose again, on Monday evening, after falling 2% this morning, with the fear of delayed oil supplies due to the stranding of a ship in the Suez Canal.

According to trading data, the price of the June North Sea oil / Brent contract increased by 0.98% and reached $ 65.06, and for the month of May, it increased by 0.56%, it reached $ 64.93.

The cost of West Texas Intermediate futures contracts increased by 0.61% to reach $ 61.34 per barrel.

The cargo ship 'Ever Green' drifted for about 6 days before the Canal Authority managed to float it earlier today and stopped navigation in the Suez Canal.

The oil market witnessed many fluctuations last week, after investors evaluated crude stocks in the United States, and the approaching date of the OPEC + meeting, scheduled for next Thursday.
