PM Barzani on Labour Day: KRG Committed to Preserve Workers’ Rights


ERBIL — Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on May 1st marked the International Labour Day in a statement by reiterating his cabinet’s commitment to work for preserving the rights of all workers in the Kurdistan Region.

“On the occasion of May 1st, the International Labour Day, I extend my warm wishes to workers in Kurdistan, Iraq, and round the world,” PM Barzani said.

He extend his appreciation to labors in Kurdistan for their strength and continued efforts despite the economic hardship in the region.

The premier pointed out that the KRG is committed to improve the working environment all the workers in the private and public sectors.
